A. No, we do not have a store front at this time. All cookies are done by order only. Local customers will pick up orders at Isador's Organics at 261 Main Street, Oxford, MA, 01540. We will inform you when orders are ready. Q. Do you ship your cookies? A. Yes, we ship within the USA! But only individually wrapped cookies. We cannot ship cookie trays. We do not ship internationally. Q. What flavor are your cookies? A. Our basic cookie is a vanilla sugar cookie, but chocolate or other specialty flavors may be made upon request. Q. Do your cookies contain nuts? A. They do not contain nuts, however, they are made in a kitchen that uses nuts. Please let us know if you have a special need and we will try to accomodate. Q. How far in advance should I order? A. Cookies are made fresh to order. Cookies purchased from our party package or gift pages ship out in 5-6 business days (Mon-Fri). USPS priority shipping is generally 2-3 days. Therefore we recommend that you order about 10 days to 2 weeks in advance. It is best to let us know the date of your event when checking out. Custom cookie orders should be inquired about 4 weeks in advance as we book orders based on availability. Q. How long do your cookies last? A. Individually wrapped cookies should remain fresh for 3-4 weeks. Refrigeration not needed. Q. What payment forms do you accept? A. We prefer Paypal. Paypal allows you to pay securely online with a credit card- no paypal account required.. For custom orders, we will send along an invoice for payment once your order is discussed and confirmed. |
